These cleans are perfectly tailored for maintaining and keeping up on your spaces. They can be one time cleans but typically are done on a rotating basis of weekly, bi weekly or monthly! Below is a list of what they include.

• General straighten up/ make beds 
• Clean tops of counters – including underneath items
• Wipe down outside of cabinets and handles
• Outside of appliances
• Dust surfaces and wall art/picture frames and window ledges and banisters/railings 

( baseboards/high dusting is an additional add on)

• sweeping / mopping/ vacuums 
• Emptying of trash 
• Cleaning of Bathrooms

Deep cleans are typically done before we start your general  maintenance clean! They ensure that everything is cleaned from top to bottom in prepartation for us to maintain on a regular schedule. These can also be scheduled quarterly or annually as well as for a move in/ move out clean! Below is a list of what is included in the deep clean ( done in addition to the general clean checklist)

• Blinds ( we hand wash them) ( exception is the small plastic blinds) we won’t do them 
• Baseboards , trim, doors and light switches
• Inside of oven and fridge 
• Cobwebs
• Ceiling fans/ light fixtures
•  Inside of windows/tracking
• Spot Cleaning of Walls
• Vacuuming corners between wall and floor
• Inside of cabinets ( if emptied)
• High dusting within 6 foot reach

Mini Cleans

These cleans are perfect for when you just need a little bit of help around the house! It could be you want something more budget friendly or maybe you need help preparing for company or keeping your pet hair at bay. These can be used on their own or alternating with a maintenance clean. You choose 1-2 things from the list and we come and focus on those things.
