Do I need to start with a deep clean?

Chances are if you are even questioning this, the answer is yes! It is most ideal to start with a deep cleaning to get your home ready for routine maintanence. Soap scum built up on the shower door or dark spots on the bottom of the tub? Dust collecting on light fixtures, fan blades and window sills? Backsplash in the kitchen full of spattered grease from years of cooking? Baseboards and blind in need of some extra love? We need extra time to deep scrub all of the surfaces in your home, and then we move into maintenance cleans! Our recommendation is to do your intial deep clean and then schedule one for the spring and one for fall/winter.

Do I need to be home during my clean?

No, you are not required to be home during your clean! You are absolutley welcome to be if you want but don’t feel that you have to be. We just ask if you are not going to be home that you please let us know how you would like the cleaner to enter your home. You can provide a door code, garage code or even hide a key! We will always lock up after, unless you instruct us not too.

How do I pay for my visit?

We collect your payment information during the booking process to allow for hassle free payment! We require all new clients to put a credit or debit card on file to book with us. We will not charge you until after your scheduled cleaning.

Are you fully insured and bonded and do background checks on your cleaners?

We are fully insured/ bonded and are happy to send proof of insurance upon request! We also carry workmens compensation insurance for our cleaners! All of our cleaners are also required to pass a background check before starting with us.

Should I tip my Cleaner?

A tip is never expected, but is always appreciated! Our trained professional cleaning technicians work very hard to care for your home. In the cleaning industry tipping etiquette is 15-20%. An automatic text message will be sent out to each client to give them the opportunity to bless their cleaners day- all tips go directly to your specific cleaner. You may also tip through cash or venmo if that works better for you.

Recurring Residential Services

You are welcome to be home but you don’t have to be! The only thing you need to do is allow us to gain access to your home or business . If you won’t be home you can share a garage or door code or even hide a key for us.  Our cleaners are happy to work around you if you are going to be home.

Yes, of course! Contact us in advance so we can meet your request. We want our service to conveniently meet your needs and we will make every effort to make appropriate changes based on your needs.

We understand that relationships are important and are a company that does our best to prioritize building them! Typically you will have a regular cleaner that we assign to your home, and we always let you know if that changes.

We are always happy to accommodate your changing needs, but please ask that you give us at least 24 hours advanced notice for adding on anything big such as an additional cleaning of the basement, extra bathrooms or any deep clean items. Day of we are happy to accommodate if you need sheets changed or a quick clean in a guest room etc.

Deep Cleans

Our deep cleans are very thorough and detailed, a great place to start your services or do on an annual rotation. Typically they average out to be 5 hours give or take.

Yes, of course! We understand that you might not want a full deep clean but still have some things that are in need of extra love and we are happy to provide a quote for you! The most popular singular add on would be baseboards or inside of your fridge.

The only thing we ask is that you would pick up clutter and tidy your spaces before a deep clean. This allows for us to spend our time getting all the extra items and working hard to get your house sparkling from top to bottom.

We have a step stool that we bring as well as a 6 foot duster that can reach most ceilings. Unfortunately due to our insurance restrictions we are not allowed to climb on tall ladders but will do our best!
